Nav is working with Community Care Experts in an advisory capacity. Nav has been working in the care sector for the past 15 years. Nav came into the industry by chance; however, she fell in love with the care sector and found it extremely rewarding. Over the years, she has worked in various management capacities and has gained valuable hands-on experience. She has worked with clients with varied conditions, including learning disability, mental health, dementia and brain injury. She has managed both care home and domiciliary care. 
Nav likes to read, watch films and spend time with her friends and family when she is not working.
