We have structured our service the way our service users like it. We offer our service users individualised programs and provide them with a choice of staying safe and happy.
However, having years of experience in the care sector, we understand that sometimes, due to personal preferences, individuals might seek opportunities to work more independently with their self-employed/private carers and manage their own care needs.
That is why at Community Care Experts, alongside our fully managed high-quality home care service, we have roots that allow service users to employ their private carer through our essential care service.
What Will You receive Using Our Essential Care Service?
We will introduce our highly-skilled, fully vetted carers to you ( DBS & Right to Work Checked)
We train and check your carers' qualifications ensuring their competency and confidence in delivering your care needs throughout our partnership.
You will select your care team based on your preferences.
If your carers are unwell or unavailable, we will introduce you to our vetted carers.
We monitor your carers 'training and train them.
We manage payroll
Your care team will provide the care on the terms agreed between you and the care team.
We will support you to build a pool of vetted backup care teams.
You and your care team agree on hours of work and payment.
Your self and your carer are responsible for the quality of care you receive.
You can receive care manager support for a small care management fee of £ 50 per hour.
